Accommodation:

 

There are 7 double/twin bedrooms in the Guest House accommodation in total. All are en-suite with many extras for your comfort. All en-suite have complimentary toiletries for you to use and fresh towels are provided.

 

The bedrooms are tastefully decorated to the highest standard, with quality comfortable beds and stylish furnishings.

 

There is a folder in every room indicating local attractions that you may wish to visit during your stay. 

The bedrooms all have hair driers, televisions, tea coffee making facilities and a selection of snacks. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

The bed sheets are 100% cotton and are starch ironed for your comfort.

Lounge:

The Lounge is an inviting room where guests can relax after a hard day at the Perth Races, golfing or what ever you have been doing. A perfect place to read the days papers, get away from it all, or just relax, with views across to the South Inch, our beautiful park.

We have a bookcase with reading material on the local area and a selection of literature should you wish to borrow it.

Dining:

The smell and taste of a traditional Scottish breakfast served in this comfortable dining room at breakfast time is enough to set everyone up for the day. Our large buffet breakfasts offer a wide choice of fresh local produce and we try to cater for all tastes. We are sure you will enjoy it. Any special dietary requirements can normally be catered for given notice. Click on the picture (right) to see a sample of our menu.

Parking:

There is limited guest parking to the rear of the property in our garage area. To access it turn into Nelson Street from Marshall place and then turn right into Marshall Mews. The garage is marked with a Guest House sign and is approx 100m along this lane. See location page.
