The rates for self catering are per week. Start date is optional.  The rates include a full set of laundry (towels, bedding, table linen) and normal usage of heating and electric.  Extra bedding and table linen can be supplied at minimal extra cost during your stay to negate the need for washing.  As availability for such accommodation located so close to the city centre is at a premium early booking is advised.  If you wish to cost a shorter stay please telephone for availability and price.

A 25% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking and this will be non-refundable from four weeks prior to your start date.

Please note that this accommodation is strictly NO SMOKING and a cleaning surcharge will be applied if smoking is carried out within the house during your self catering stay.
