Atlantic Salmon
Salmon fishing in Scotland is usually availably
from mid January to the end of October. For Spring salmon
April and May are the best months for a good opportunity of
a catch. As the Tay is the largest river in the United Kingdom
you can expect the largest salmon to be caught here with fish of
30lbs caught most years. From the beginning of June the
first grilse arrive and as the months pass the fish grow.
