There are 7 double/twin en-suite bed and breakfast rooms available in our Guest House and we are located overlooking the beautiful South Inch park, just a short 250m walk to the city centre. Aptly named the Fair City, situated in the heart of Scotland, Perth is the perfect location for your holiday base.

Emma welcomes enquiries for single rooms, double rooms and twin room bed and breakfast.
The house offers limited parking for guests however we are located 400m from bus and train stations for those on foot
and opposite a pay and display car park, alternatively on
street parking is available on Nelson Street.
As a four star rated guest house you can be assured of high quality accommodation and service. We are also the only Guest house in Perth to be listed in the prestigious Michelin Guide, there is no better recommend...
